Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing repairs as needed
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner and addressing issues promptly
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Assisting with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls
