Responsibilities

Operate and monitor polythene production machines in line with production schedules.
Set up machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Troubleshoot minor machine faults and report major mechanical issues promptly.
Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of assigned machines.
Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient machine utilization.
Comply with all health, safety, and company operational procedures.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and other production team members to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

Minimum of OND, or its equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a polythene or plastic production company.
Good understanding of machine operations and production processes.
Ability to identify and resolve minor machine faults.
Physically fit and able to work shifts when required.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality.
