Job summary
BBA Ventures Ltd is seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to operate and maintain production equipment used in water processing and packaging. The role involves handling blowing, filling, labeling, and wrapping machines to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations. Machines to be operated are the Blowing Machine, Filling Machine, Labelling Machine, and Wrapping Machine

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned production machines in line with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal efficiency during production.
- Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of machines and production areas.
- Identify faults and promptly report breakdowns to supervisors or the maintenance team.
- Adhere strictly to safety rules, GMP, and company policies.
- Support routine maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- Ensure production targets are met with minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience operating production machines in a water or beverage company.
- Recent graduates with relevant technical training or industrial attachment are encouraged to apply.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
- Good attention to detail and safety consciousness.
