Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics and operational activities.
- Track deliveries and maintain accurate shipment records.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Work closely with drivers, clients, and operations staff.
- Maintain accurate data using computer applications.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Must be a resident of Lagos or willing to relocate.
