Logistics Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate operations across mass transit routes, logistics hubs, and relocation projects.
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of drivers, logistics teams, and station supervisors.
• Lead route optimization and scheduling strategies to reduce delays and maximize resource utilization.
• Monitor and ensure fleet performance, vehicle maintenance, and downtime reduction across sub-stations using appropriate logs.
• Drive change management initiatives to improve SOPs and enhance service delivery.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety standards, operational protocols, and transport regulations.
• Track and report on key operational data, ensuring accurate daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to meet client expectations and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain asset inventory, including vehicles, equipment, and moving materials across sub-stations.
• Provide leadership in incident management, emergency response, and service recovery planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing transport, logistics, or mass transit operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-location or sub-station logistics systems.
• Strong knowledge of fleet and maintenance scheduling, route optimization, and change implementation.
• Experience in moving and relocation services, mass transit, and courier logistics.
• Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/fleet management tools.
• Must be willing to travel often and engage in regular field supervision.
• Physically fit and able to engage in high-mobility tasks.
