Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office administrative tasks efficiently.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of office operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and reporting logistics metrics.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and other company activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role.
- Strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative roles with a focus on logistics.
