The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for driving company personnel, facilitating official movements.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff, management, clients, and business associates as required.
- Facilitate property inspections, site visits, and other real estate-related activities.
- Ensure timely movement for official assignments and business engagements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of assigned vehicles.
- Assist with logistics and operational activities when necessary.
- Support sales activities by facilitating client inspections and property viewings.
Requirements:
- Excellent driving skills and a good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proven driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Ibadan roads and surrounding areas.
- Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-organised.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when official assignments require it.
Remuneration & Additional Benefits:
- Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – 80,000 monthly depending on experience and competence.
- Additional sales-related incentives and benefits for facilitating successful property sales.
