- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare regular operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across logistics operations.
- Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs.
- Lead, supervise, and develop logistics and warehouse teams.
- Resolve delivery issues, transportation delays, and customer service concerns related to logistics.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, fleet operations, and distribution processes.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
