Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- To aggressively market and sell the Bank’s loan products and services to win new customers for the Bank
- Retain and disburse loans to new and existing business women and men who need funds for their business operations and expansion
- Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Conduct objective KYC and KYCB for customer's and guarantor’s before loan disbursement.
- Loan disbursement, Loan monitoring and loan repayment collection from customers of the bank
- Facilitate and ensure set targets are met n line with marketing strategy
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
Requirements:
- Â Minimum academic qualification of Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience
