Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To sell micro loans to traders door to door
- Â Meet target expectations for new customers
- Draw up weekly & daily call plans
- Maintain Customer database and debt repayment plans
- Minimize delay timeline for loan recovery.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND/OND in any discipline.
- Must not be more than 25 years.
- Extroverted, bold, good communication skills, Customer-oriented and with impressive interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about Sales and target driven.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Available to resume immediately.
Remuneration: NGNÂ 70,000 Net
- (Transport and airtime allowance excluded)
- 0.5% commissions on loan value sold.
- 20% base salary increase on attainment of 2 consecutive months set
- Grade: Assistant Officer or Trainee Officer depending on experience
