Job Description/Requirements
The LMS/Technology Lead manages the Harib educational platform, ensuring seamless student registration, content delivery, technical stability, assessments, and certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain the LMS (TutorLMS, Moodle, or custom solution)
- Integrate payment systems (Paystack, Flutterwave)
- Upload course content, assignments, quizzes
- Manage automated certificates
- Troubleshoot student access issues
- Improve user experience and performance
- Work with Program Manager on content scheduling
Requirements & Skills
- Experience with LMS platforms or web development
- Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking ability
- Understanding of database basics and cloud hosting
- Familiarity with scalable education technology
- Ability to work independently
