Job Summary

A legal specialist is responsible for supporting an organization's legal department or law office by performing administrative duties to assist legal operations. Legal specialists also support attorneys to draft, review, and revise legal documents, letters, agreements.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services: Coordinate lawyers to provide legal services and consultation for various departments of the company, and deal with general legal disputes of the company.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts: responsible for drafting, revising and reviewing various contracts and external correspondence of the company, participating in the negotiation and signing of major contracts and providing legal advice.
  • Legality review: Participate in the legality review of the company's relevant major resolutions, rules and regulations and other important legal documents, assist in improving the company's various processes and rules and regulations, and effectively prevent and control risks.
  • Contract performance supervision: check and supervise the company's daily contract performance, coordinate to solve legal problems arising from contract performance, and avoid contract disputes.
  • Legal research: studied the policies, regulations and industry requirements involved in the company's business operation, and provided effective advice for the company's business compliance operation.
  • Legal training: Provide legal knowledge training for relevant personnel at all levels of the company and deal with other legal affairs.
  • External connection: Contact with external lawyers, communicate with external lawyers on behalf of the company in major legal disputes, and participate in the execution of relevant legal procedures.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in law.
  • 1 - 3 years of legal related work experience.
  • Familiar with company law, contract law, economic law and other laws and regulations, with legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer practice qualification certificate is preferred.
  • Professional ability: familiar with laws, regulations and policies related to business operation, skilled in legal practice, experience in civil litigation is preferred.
  • Experience in handling alarm disputes independently.
  • Other abilities: able to independently undertake contract review, legal consultation, legal risk control and other related work, serious and careful work, strong sense of responsibility, good language, written expression and communication skills, good professional ethics and professional level.
