Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate based in Ota, Ogun State. The Legal Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing detailed analysis and insights into complex legal matters. Additional duties include advising clients on legal issues, assisting with case preparation, and effectively communicating with clients and team members in line with the firm's high standards of professionalism and excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Exceptional Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently under deadlines
• Admission to the Nigeria Bar Association
• Previous experience in corporate or litigation law is a plus
