Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the firm's objectives and employee development needs.
  • Identify training needs through regular assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars on various legal topics, soft skills, and professional development.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions, including sourcing and managing external trainers and vendors.
  • Create and maintain an online learning platform or repository for easy access to training materials and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and post-training assessments.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to ensure compliance with training requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
  • The candidate MUST have project management skills.
  • Assisting and working closing with the digital marketing team to create dynamic content in the legal industry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other training technology platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
