Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities within the modern trade channel.
- Identify key accounts and target market segments for expansion, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and product development initiatives.

- Lead the acquisition of new accounts and the development of existing accounts within the modern trade channel.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and position our products effectively.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements to drive sales volume and profitability.

Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the modern trade sales team, setting clear objectives, targets, and KPIs.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing support and resources as needed.
