Job Summary
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our remittance, tuition payment, and business invoice payment services. You will run targeted campaigns, manage funnels, build landing pages, and deliver high-quality leads to the Account Acquisition team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create and optimize WhatsApp opt-in funnels for inbound leads.
- Design, test, and deploy landing pages for specific customer segments.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audiences.
Funnel & CRM Management
- Capture leads and manage them in HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
- Track every lead from “new” → “KYC completed” → “first transaction.”
- Ensure follow-up sequences and automations are functioning properly.
- Work closely with Account Acquisition to improve conversion rates.
Messaging & Content Coordination
- Write high-impact ad copy, headlines, and call-to-action messages.
- Collaborate with the Content & Graphics Creator on visuals and creatives.
- Prepare briefs for content needed for campaigns and landing pages.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Monitor KPIs: CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality.
- Prepare weekly reports and insights for the marketing team.
- Identify new audiences and cost-effective channels for acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
