Lead Facilities Manager

Alpha Mead Group, Nigeria's leading Integrated Real Estate and Facilities Management Company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services for a prestigious client in Asaba, Delta State.

This role requires a highly competent Facilities Management professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and client relationship management skills to ensure the seamless delivery of Hard and Soft FM services in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of Integrated Facilities Management services at the client site.
• Manage Hard FM and Soft FM operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes for all facility assets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Drive HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture across the site.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance reviews while ensuring cost optimisation.
• Ensure statutory compliance, operational governance, and continuous service improvement.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, or Building Services.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience managing Integrated Facilities Management operations and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Vendor Management, Budgeting, HSE, and Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in managing large commercial, corporate, industrial, or institutional facilities will be an added advantage.
• Professional certifications such as IFMA, IWFM/BIFM, COREN, NSE, PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH, or IOSH will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
