Job Summary: As the Lead Client Experience, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client interactions, ensuring top-tier satisfaction, and building lasting relationships. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer within the studio and drive initiatives that improve service delivery for both our studios and events.

Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee the entire client journey, from inquiry to post-delivery follow-up.
- Ensure seamless communication and satisfaction at all client touchpoints.
- Coordinate events from post-planning to final delivery
- Ensure seamless operations during events and in the studios
- Manage client feedback, complaints, and resolution processes professionally.
- Train and supervise front-desk/client service and customer-facing staff to ensure excellence
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing and operations teams to meet client expectations and deliver a memorable client experience
- Track client satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements.
- Come up with various strategies to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or client relations (preferably in a creative or service industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and emotional intelligence.
- A passion for client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
