Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create layout scenes that support storytelling and production requirements.
- Develop camera compositions and scene staging based on approved storyboards.
- Work closely with the Director, Storyboard Artists, and other production teams to ensure visual continuity and cinematic quality.
- Ensure accurate scale, perspective, and environment layouts throughout production.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of professional experience as a Layout Artist or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working on animation, film, television, or related visual media.
- Ability to interpret storyboards and translate them into compelling layout scenes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid production environment.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within production deadlines.
- Applicants should have a solid understanding of: Perspective Drawing, Composition & Visual Storytelling, Cinematography, Camera Layout, Scene Blocking, Spatial Awareness, Storyboard Interpretation, Scale & Proportion, Environment Layout, Continuity.
