Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Lawyer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Okitipupa office. The primary responsibilities include representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research. The Lawyer will also collaborate with clients to deliver effective solutions in areas like corporate law, litigation, real estate, family law, and notarial services. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Property Law, and/or Family and Matrimonial Law
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills
• Proficiency in legal research, case preparation, and strategy development
• Ability to conduct court representations confidently and effectively
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• A Law Degree (LL.B) from an accredited institution and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria
• Proficiency in Nigerian legal systems and regulations
