Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Trainee-Associate to understudy other lawyers, and participate in regulatory compliance
- Work with the commercial litigation (dispute)team
- Join in representing clients in court, participate in negotiating, drafting or reviewing contract, legal commentary and case reviews, and other customary roles.
- Conducting legal research and gathering evidence.Â
- Explaining the law and giving legal advice.Â
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds and other legal documents.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be skilled in
- Critical thinking.
- Writing proficiency.Â
- Ability to use basic functions of Microsoft Office suite.
- Project management.
