Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys and land surveying.
- The Land Surveyor will be responsible for utilizing total station equipment
- Perform building surveys and general surveying tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- 4-5 Years Experience
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
- Experience in topographic surveys, land surveying, and using total station equipment
- Knowledge of building surveying and general surveying tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and record data
- Proficiency in surveying software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
