KDN+ LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land surveys, preparing survey reports, and supporting construction, development, and property-related projects with precise measurements and mapping.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Measure and map land using GPS, GNSS, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare survey plans, maps, and technical reports.
- Analyze survey data using AutoCAD, GIS, or other surveying software.
- Verify property boundaries and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
- Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional land surveying experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and modern surveying equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Professional surveying certification or license is an added advantage.
