Role purpose
The Key Account Executive manages an assigned portfolio of enterprise parent accounts and their associated outlet networks. The role is responsible for relationship depth, transaction growth, retained balances, product penetration, account health and early-warning discipline across named enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day commercial ownership of assigned parent accounts and outlet networks.
• Increase TPV, transaction frequency, settlement flows and retained balances across the portfolio.
• Drive collections, transfers, payouts, cards and other approved products into live usage.
• Monitor inactive outlets, inflow diversion, weak wallet share or service pain points and intervene early.
• Support high-quality credit origination from eligible clients without stepping into approval authority.
• Maintain clean account plans, CRM notes and account review packs.
Key deliverables
• Healthy portfolio retention and low avoidable churn.
• Growing TPV, float and wallet share from covered accounts.
• Clean early-warning signals and timely escalation of account issues.
Requirements
Requirement
• 5–8+ years in enterprise account management, payments, fintech, transaction banking or SME banking.
• Strong relationship management, commercial writing and issue-resolution skills.
• Basic credit-quality awareness and disciplined control mindset.
