Junior Product Manager (Internship)

The opportunity

At Muno Migration, we're building technology that makes visas and immigration simpler, faster, and more accessible through a combination of AI and human expertise.

We're an early-stage startup looking for a Junior Product Manager (Intern) to help shape and improve our products. If you're excited about startups, AI, and solving customer problems, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

You'll work directly with the founder to help build and improve the product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting customer and market research to identify opportunities.
• Defining product requirements and writing clear user stories.
• Working closely with engineering to bring new features to life.
• Testing new features and helping improve product quality.
• Analysing product data and user feedback to inform decisions.
• Helping prioritise the product roadmap.
• Learning how product decisions are made in an early-stage startup.

This is a hands-on role where you'll gain experience building products that real users depend on.

Who you are

• Recent graduate or currently studying Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Curious, analytical, and enjoy solving problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based decisions.
• Interested in AI, technology, and startups.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems.

Bonus points if you have:

• Built a side project, startup, or digital product.
• Experience with product management, UX research, or analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, SQL, Lovable or AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Basic technical knowledge that helps you work effectively with engineers.
