This role involves using Google applications to organise folders, manage email communications, organise documents and perform form-filling tasks. The ideal candidate must be smart, hardworking and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.

Responsibilites:
- Assist in organising folders and managing emails using Google or Microsoft applications.
- Perform basic filing tasks to support the team’s record-keeping.
- Provide general administrative support to remote lawyers and staff.
- Handle telephone communications and respond to clients professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in organising digital and documents.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
