Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and project plans.
- Prepare detailed blueprints, specifications, and 3D models.
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project implementation when necessary.
- Review project progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Prepare project estimates, presentations, and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations.
- Excellent creativity, technical, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
