- Promote SewTrack to tailors and fashion business owners
- Educate potential users on the benefits of the platform
- Demonstrate how SewTrack helps manage business operations
- Convert leads into active users
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide basic onboarding support to new users
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic smartphone and digital app usage skills
- Familiarity with the fashion/tailoring industry is an added advantage
- Access to a computer is an added advantage
