Role Description

We are looking for a talented and dedicated professional to join our team at MKH Properties Limited as a Branch Manager (Lagos). This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The role involves managing customer relationships, fostering client engagement, supporting the development of tailored real estate solutions, and collaborating with various teams to meet business objectives. Daily tasks include attending client meetings, preparing reports, market research, creating presentations, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skills
• Proficiency in market research, analytics, and data interpretation
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 5 years post - qualification experience in the real estate sector (added advantage)
• At least 3 years experience as Head or Manager in real estate branch with proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field (Masters degree or MBA is an added advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
