Responsibilities:
- Ensure that computer system and network run smoothly.
- Carry out troubleshooting and resolve network issues promptly.
- Replace computer hardware when required.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- Provide internet access to new employees during onboarding.
- Work with the service provider to ensure optimal and reliable service.
- Ensure that unauthorized persons do not get access to the internet

Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networking, internet connectivity and network troubleshooting.
