Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ilorin for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will handle technical support, troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues, and maintain desktop computers and networks. Additional responsibilities include providing help desk support to team members and ensuring the consistent operation of information technology systems to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and related hardware.
• Sound knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in providing Help Desk Support for users and resolving queries efficiently.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and maintain operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in IT support systems or networking (such as CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
