Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for users and devices.
- Assist in website creation, customization, and deployment using AI platforms and tools.
- Support software installations, updates, and system configurations.
- Assist with networking, internet connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Help manage the company's digital assets and online platforms.
- Create reports, documentation, and technical records.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies.
