We are seeking to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our team of Risk Analysts with expertise in Vendor Risk and Compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in project management, and people leadership, and a deep understanding of 3rd party risk assessment compliance requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Risk Analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to facilitate the successful execution of Vendor Risk and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance, and define systems and key Controls.
- Develop and implement Risk control frameworks and testing methodologies to ensure the effectiveness of compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders and resolving any project-related issues or conflicts.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, while maintaining sufficient Risk-
- based knowledge, and awareness of emerging trends to meet the compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for skills development and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of at least 6 years of experience in Vendor or Third-Party management, with a focus on Risk and Compliance.
- Proven experience managing compliance initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
Tools and Technologies:
- Microsoft Office, SAP, Linux, Windows Servers, Active Directory, ASI and Mainframe.
- Audit Management Software (e.g., TeamMate, ACL, etc.)
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc.)
- IT Audit Tools (e.g., IDEA, ACL, etc.)
- Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, etc..
