The IT Executive will support and improve the organisation’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital tools. The role involves system administration, troubleshooting, user support, network management, and participation in IT projects. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT hardware, CCTV, Printer and network systems.
- Provide advanced helpdesk support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, email systems, and security protocols.
- Support the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of business applications and ERP systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Perform routine system backups, data recovery, and cybersecurity checks.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, and technology upgrades.
- Ensure IT policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
- Provide technical support during internal and external meetings or virtual sessions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support and system administration experience.
- Strong proficiency in CCTV installation, networking, and hardware management.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple teams.
