Investment Advisor/Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Enhance knowledge of brand and products
• Generate and update leads database.
• Provide information on products, prices, ROI, and mortgages.
• Advise clients during property visits and prepare purchase agreements.
• Coordinate property closings and follow sales targets.
• Offer after-sales support and organize sales meetings.

Expectations:

• Achieve sales targets and hire agents.
• Initiate sales strategies and attend meetings.
• Conduct site visits.

Requirements:

• University degree in any field.
• Completed NYSC.
• 3 - 7 years of progressive sales experience with a track record of success.
• Certification in Sales or Business Administration is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Confident, well-spoken, professional, and presentable.
• High integrity, strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Location: Lagos State 

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 500,000 monthly
