Inventory Supervisory
Job summary
We are hiring an Inventory Supervisor in Ogun State to manage stock records, inventory control, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, reporting, and team supervision. Experience and ERP knowledge are required.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock databases.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or variances.
- Supervise, assign tasks to, and support inventory/warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Close attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Net
Location: Ogun State
