Inventory and Store Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory and Store Manager to oversee and manage all store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock control, accurate record-keeping, and efficient distribution of materials.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all store and inventory activities
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and balance
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment
- Conduct periodic stock counts and audits
- Prevent loss, theft, and damage of inventory
- Prepare inventory reports for management
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in inventory/store management
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management software
- Experience in mining, construction, or an industrial environment is an advantage
