Inventory Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage and oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, preventing stock discrepancies, and ensuring timely replenishment of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Update inventory systems and prepare inventory reports
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items
- Track damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and report accordingly
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Assist in audits and provide required documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / HND / OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Officer, Storekeeper, or similar role is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
