The Inventory Control Analyst will lead the optimization of our supply chain processes, ensuring high-level accuracy in stock management and financial reporting for our onsite operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency by overseeing complex inventory reconciliations and providing data-driven insights that support our strategic manpower and material requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced inventory control procedures to ensure 100% accuracy in stock records and reconciliation across all onsite facilities.
- Lead the integration and maintenance of ERP systems to streamline material tracking, procurement data, and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct high-level financial analysis on inventory variances, providing actionable recommendations to senior management to reduce operational waste.
- Direct shipment planning processes, ensuring that material flow aligns precisely with project timelines and recruitment resource demands.
- Produce comprehensive, complex routine reports that track inventory health, usage trends, and cost-efficiency benchmarks.
- Oversee the audit of onsite inventory systems to guarantee compliance with organizational standards and industry safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience in inventory management or financial analysis, specifically within the oil and gas or industrial sector.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to build complex macros, pivot tables, and advanced data models for inventory forecasting.
- Demonstrated advanced experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise-grade ERP systems to maintain data integrity.
- Proven capability in independently managing large-scale inventory reconciliation and logistics shipment planning with minimal oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in inventory management are highly preferred.
