About The Internship
This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain experience in various HR functions within a dynamic company. You'll work alongside the Recruitment and L&D teams, supporting their activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Assist with tasks like coordinating pre-training administration, managing vendor payments, and tracking recruitment-related expenses.
• Learning & Development: Support the L&D team by preparing training materials, analyzing post-training surveys, and ensuring training rooms are prepared for sessions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on training completion and vendor expenses.
  

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• A University Degree (any discipline) - HR, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred.
• Less than 1 year of experience in HR or a related field (an eagerness to learn is key!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive and self-motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
• Enthusiasm for HR and a genuine interest in its functions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
