International Customer Manager

Responsibilities:
- Collect and provide feedback on the market information of customers, projects and peers.
- Responsible for overseas customer visits and reception, promoting business development and cooperation negotiation.
- According to the requirements of the company, cooperate to participate in international exhibitions, exchange meetings, product recommendation meetings, seminars, etc.
- Accurately identify the key figures in the decision chain of customers, dig, establish, maintain and improve daily relationships, and be responsible for project information collection and customer research in all links of the bidding process.
- Participate in international project bidding, responsible for the analysis and optimisation of full cost estimate under the project, project risk analysis and avoidance suggestions, response to commercial bidding documents, preparation of commercial bidding qualification, etc.
- Develop a customer visit and project expansion plan.
- Complete the goals of net profit, delivery, payment, receivables, customer development and channel development according to KPI business indicators.
- Strictly control business risks, pay attention to customer credit, and strictly control receivables.
- Familiar with overseas laws and regulations, customs laws and regulations, various company systems and related procedures, and control import and export business risks.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Diploma in a related field
