Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track all leads and support the sales process till conversion
- Ensure all departments comply with company policy and processes
- Listen to Clients feedback or complaints and interact effectively to increase patronage/Client satisfaction
- Feed future corporate policy trends back to management
- Perform regular project audits to identify and correct design discrepancies with the Project and design team in order to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Allocate incoming tasks to the necessary departments and track progress till completion
Required
Skills/Abilities:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in an Interior Design, Architectural Studio or in Construction
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence people
- Entrepreneurial and Commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities
- Experience in using software to track projects and deliverables
- The ambition to develop a great career in Operations and to have the opportunity to take ownership of their own territory and make it a success.
