Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Marketing Staff member, based in Minna, New Bussa, Kontagora, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The role involves creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging with potential clients to drive sales within and without the office premises. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships. Teamwork, adaptability, and a results-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and build relationships.
• Strong skills in Market Research to analyze and assess market opportunities and trends.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing Strategy, and developing successful campaigns to reach business goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
• Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
