Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will bridge traditional networking and modern digital marketing strategies:
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, and social media) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demographics to identify new market opportunities and target audiences.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media content that simplifies complex insurance concepts.
- Networking & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, financial planners, and community organizations to expand our referral network.
- Event Coordination: Organize and represent the firm at local community events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars to boost local brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the ROI and performance of marketing campaigns using CRM tools and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Possesses a blend of marketing savvy and a solid understanding of the insurance landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales, preferably within the insurance, finance, or banking sectors.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to pitch and persuade.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), social media management tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Self-Motivated: A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of projects.
- Relationship-Driven: Naturally adept at building trust and rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Analytical: Able to look at campaign data and understand why something worked or how to pivot if it didn't.
