Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Officer role based in Ughelli. The IT Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing network and system administration tasks. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address hardware and software issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuring and maintaining network systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience in System Administration, including monitoring and managing IT systems and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Onboarding of new users and setting up all IT needs to enable users work effectively. i.e., Desktop, Laptop, IP phone, etc.
• Use Active Directory in managing user accounts, groups, and resolving password/login issues
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
