THE MISSION

Oka234 is a premier global trade infrastructure connecting verified suppliers with international B2B and B2C buyers across 7 industrial pillars. We are purging the amateur market and recruiting an elite force of Global Trade Consultants to engineer high-value transactions in Agriculture, Industrial Supplies, Consumer Tech, and beyond.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is not a "sales job"; it is your own global trade franchise. You will be provided with a professional Command Center (Dashboard) to manage multi-million dollar procurement deals, negotiate wholesale quotes, and onboard world-class vendors.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (Performance-Driven)

• 50/50 Profit Split: You earn 50% of the platform profit on every trade you facilitate.
• Residual Bounties: Earn monthly recurring income for every verified seller you onboard to the platform.
• Uncapped Potential: There is no ceiling. High-ticket B2B deals can generate thousands of dollars in a single commission.
• Elite Promotion: Top performers who hit volume targets unlock monthly base bonuses and "Senior Agent" status.

• A Closer: You don't "try" to sell; you solve problems for businesses.
• Self-Managed: You are comfortable working remotely and hitting strict targets.
• Strategist: You understand the difference between selling an item and engineering a supply chain solution.
• Tech-Savvy: You can master a professional trade portal and use digital tools to track attribution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and close B2B/B2C deals within our 7 Global Pillars.
• Build and manage a pipeline of international buyers and local distributors.
• Provide professional "White-Glove" service using our Cart Sharing and Custom Offer tools.
• Onboard high-quality manufacturers and suppliers to the Oka234 ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in sales, procurement, or business development.
• Strong network within at least one of our 7 pillars (Agric, Tech, Industrial, etc.).
• High-speed internet and a professional digital presence.
• Mandatory: Successful completion of the Oka234 Elite Academy Certification (Provided upon registration).
