Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the company's LAN, WAN, and Power infrastructure topology.
- Manage and maintain ICT hardware and equipment inventory, LAN, WAN, Power, and Cloud system.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, configurations, and continuous performance utilization, efficiency, and reliability.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure cost-effective service delivery while adhering to the company's procurement policies
- Provide performance status and incident reports to the Head of ICT as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
