Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence management.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and executive support roles with a minimum of five (5) years.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HRIS software and digital marketing framework and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
