Human Resources Manager
Job summary
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in building an engaged, productive, and high-performing work.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified employees to meet organizational needs.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, training and development, and staff welfare while fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labour laws, and provide HR support to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' HR experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices; professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
