Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
• They will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and act as a liaison between employees and management
  

Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience working in a HR position
• Relevant skills and experience in counseling, training, compensation/benefits, and payroll are a plus.
• Certification in Human Resources or related field is also preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Ability to design and implement HR programs and initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
